     ·  No one sent me details about how to access the property. I was never sent the front door code. No one ever answered any of my messages or calls. I had to go to the Gott hotel and they helped me get the entrance code

     ·  Personalul foarte ospitalier (recepție - doamne bucătărie - personal curățenie) și prietenos! Mâncarea diversă și de calitate, mic dejun delicios! rnAm făcut rezervarea prin Travelminit _ vouchere de vacanță, de aceea sper ca pe viitor [când înțeleg că treceți în rețeaua AirBNB] să rămână cazarea accesibilă pentru orice tip de turist! Mult succes pe viitor!

     ·  Rezervarea a mers usor si personalul a fost foarte amabil
     ·  Covorul plin de pete in camera si foarte urata, desi in poza pe site bineinteles ca apare totul curat. Aveam impresia ca e murdara pe jos peste tot. Plin cu pete negre si portocaliu etc. Podeaua scartaia tare si cand ma plimbam mobila se misca desi am 80 de kiligrame nu 200. Saltea era oke dar un pat micut impracat asa in lemne, mi-se parea ciudat cand mi-am dat seama ca de fapt sunt 2 chestii diferite.

     ·  הזמנו 2 חדרים דלקס עם 2 מיטות זוגיות בכל חדר. כל המיטות והכריות לא טובות ולא נוחות בכלל שלא ניתן לישון בהם וחבל כי הכל במלון ביה בסדר גמור. ממליץ לכם לבחליף את המיטות והכריות וגם את שטיח רצפת החדר ואז המלון יהיה מושלם.
